We are looking for professional home stagers, interior designers & decorators and window covering specialists who fit the following profile:

• Do you have at least some experience in home staging, interior decorating or window covering sales?
• Have you been trained in the basics of home staging by a certified staging company?
• Have you had prior experience conducting in-home consultations for shutters, blinds or custom draperies?
• Do you love the creative aspect of your trade, but dread running the business?
• Do you find yourself constantly trying to balance client projects with administrative and marketing duties?
• Do you sometimes fumble through client appointments and wish you had a tried and true system?
• Do you love to work with people?
• Have you personally been through the experience of selling and purchasing a home?
• Do you have a small existing home staging business that you are willing to merge or have you not yet started your business?
• Do you want to get back to doing what you love, which is creating beautiful interiors?

Administrative Support
We have an Administrative Support Manager that schedules your clients, and keeps you up to date using an internet based calendar and contact management program. Our Administrative Support Manager reminds you and confirms appointments for you. Our main office manages invoicing, collections and payroll.

Marketing Support
We have marketing programs for your leads and current database and we systematically market to them. We have professional marketing pieces and programs such as: brochures, questionnaires, postcards, professionally designed website, internet marketing support, newsletters and e-mail marketing programs. We create exposure by hosting seminars and events for clients, professionals and networking partners. In addition marketing support, all IC Network members receive access to our marketing tools and presentations which can be customized lunch and learns, seminars, classes and other marketing events. Ongoing Training

You will have numerous tools to use for your clients such as: client questionnaires and forms, ready-made lunch and learn programs & seminars, fabric and window covering samples, paint swatches and more. We have established accounts and preferred wholesale pricing with most of the nation’s major window coverings manufacturers. We offer credit card processing services, as well as financing programs.

Credibility
You would be in partnership with an already existing brand known locally as an established resource for custom window coverings, interior decorating and home staging services. We are members of the Austin Board of Realtors, the Real Estate Staging Association, the Austin Board of Realtors and Austin Women Entrepreneurs. Ashley Whittenberger, Founder & Chief Decorating Officer is trained in many specialties and aspects of home staging, interior decorating and custom window coverings. Her in-depth knowledge of home sales and personal experience in the real estate market along with her creativity and talent for design has created a winning combination for a successful home staging and interior decorating business. She and her seasoned team will be your ongoing source of support and coaching and mentoring.

Commissions on Product Sales
Members of the Interiority Complex Network are able to order products through our online store, and receive up to 20% commission on product sales. Commission rates vary per product.
